I do online lessons via Skype or Google Hangout.
All lessons are audio recorded and MP3 files are emailed to the student after each lesson.
I also use the "chat" feature for live written feedback
Practice plan can also be written up and emailed
Rates : Can be paid by the month or by semester - all tuition must be received before lessons can begin
Semesters are 16 weeks and a discount is given for payment upfront
No discount can be given for students paying Monthly
